Ratio: 1:12 *utilizing team nursing model!* ( comes out to 1:6/7 due to splitting the caseload between 2 RNs, LPN &Med Nurse)

First-timers accepted: No, unless they have 5+ years exp in the specialty. 1st time travelers typically do not do well at this facility
On-Call: As needed
Weekend REQ: As needed
Open to accommodating block schedule? No, weekend block may be considered. Must discuss during interview!

Locals accepted: No, 100 mile radius rule *STRICT*

Pending License accepted: No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission. RTO sent after the offer will not be sent to facility for approval.
