Pay: $2677.20 weekly


Shifts: Day shift, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Gassaway, WV. This role involves working in a home health setting, providing comprehensive care to patients needing rehabilitation, strengthening, and cardiac rehab. Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist
  • Provide home health services to patients with various diagnoses including orthopedic and generalized weakness
  • Utilize the Epic documentation system for patient charting
  • Perform patient assessments and create personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with PTAs and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the Physical Therapist
  • BLS Certification
  • Physical Therapist license - Must meet WV state requirements for practice
  • Open and positive attitude towards learning the Epic system
