About the PositionTransForce is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to support local delivery operations in Akron, Ohio. This dedicated position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
Pay & Schedule- Pay: $26 per hour
- Overtime: Available after 40 hours
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Start time: Between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.
- Hours per week: 40
- Work setting: On-site
- Route type: Local delivery
- Freight: Light-touch freight
- Handling: Light touch
- Employment type: Dedicated
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
- Perform local delivery duties safely and professionally.
- Valid CDL A license.
- 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
