HSE Safety ManagerPay Range: $24.00hr - $29.00hrMust Have:Established HSE/safety management experience in data center, construction, or industrial environments.Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, and electrical/mechanical hazards.Responsibilities:Own and administer the site HSE program: safety plans, JHAs, permits, PPE compliance, and toolbox talks.Ensure continuous safety coverage across all staffed shifts using Floating HSE Coordinators.Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; drive corrective actions to closure.Lead incident response, investigation, and root-cause/corrective-action reporting; track TRIR.Coordinate with site leadership and interface with regulatory requirements.Deliver safety onboarding and ongoing training for personnel.Nice to Have:Relevant safety credentials (e.g., OSHA 30, CHST, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.Skills:HSE Program Management.Safety Plans.JHA.PPE Compliance.Inspections and Audits.Hazard Assessments.Incident Response.Root Cause Analysis.TRIR Tracking.NFPA 70E.LOTO.Electrical Hazards.Mechanical Hazards.Qualification And Education:3+ years of experience.
