Executive Assistant

Private Equity Firm

A successful and growing private equity firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a small team of investor relations professionals for their new NYC office. The ideal candidate will be able to handle IR related tasks, will be extremely detailed oriented and a team player! The culture of the firm is fantastic, they offer competitive salary and benefits and it is a very exciting time to be at a well established but growing firm!

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives across time zones
  • Coordinate a high-volume of internal and external meetings and prepare meeting materials
  • Arrange detailed international and domestic travel itineraries
  • Roadshow coordination
  • Working with other offices
  • CRM tracking and updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
