Education And/or Experience Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program. 1 year experience in a hospital, nursing home, home health, or experience working with terminally ill patients. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Licensed Vocational/Practical nurse license in state(s) of employment required.
