Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California (CA OT License)
• Background or experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus
• Enthusiasm for supporting elementary-aged students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Prior school experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized therapy to elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop goals and intervention plans
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school-based standards
• Participate in IEP meetings as part of the support team
