Front of the House - Cashier

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front of the House - Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Accurately process customer transactions using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies. Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations, enhancing their overall experience. Maintain an organized and clean cashier area, including restocking necessary supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support as needed. Address customer concerns or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary. Uphold all safety and security protocols to safeguard both customers and team members. Qualifications Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Drive Thru experience a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus.
