Regional Retail Support Coordinator - Union Square

Summary The Regional Retail Support Coordinator ensures smooth operation of regional offices and provides comprehensive support to stores across the region. Based onsite at Union Square or Valley Fair and reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, the role spans finance, administrative, project and office management responsibilities. The coordinator will manage SAP-related finance tasks, support regional projects and events, and maintain office facilities and vendor relationships. Responsibilities Manage SAP functions including creating vendor payments and processing invoices. Maintain relationships with vendors, stores, and regional finance partners. Provide administrative support to the regional office and assist the Regional Vice President with calendar, travel, and expenses. Support regional projects and events such as store renovations, openings, and inventory initiatives. Work with operations leadership to monitor budgets, manage expenses, and support operational objectives. Oversee office management tasks including facility maintenance, mail processing, and coordination with property management. Requirements Proven experience (2-3 years) in retail, operations, office management, or finance/business analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proactive, service-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
