Insurance Agent with Training

Open to former athletes or competitive individuals seeking a challenging career in financial services, we are hiring an Insurance Agent (future Financial Representative) for the Pogue Region of Modern Woodmen of America. This role will serve clients across Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming, and beyond, providing personalized insurance and financial solutions. Role Responsibilities Member Consultation: Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Networking: Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals, events, and community engagement. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed business development goals. Qualifications Team-oriented, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Self-starter, coachable, and community-focused. Goal-driven with willingness to obtain a state insurance license. College degree preferred; athletic or military background considered a bonus.
