This is a very fast-paced and interactive position. We are looking to add an outgoing, friendly, and personable individual to our front desk team.
Primary duties will include:- Patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling and rescheduling, and answering incoming calls that are routed to the front desk through our phone menu.
- In addition to the personal traits previously listed, we are seeking someone who has experience using medical scheduling and EMR software, enjoys interacting with patients, stays calm when things get a bit hectic, and that we can depend on to show up for work every day.
In addition to the hourly pay, we offer employer paid health and life insurance, paid time off, and other optional benefits that include dental, vision, disability, etc.
