Customer Service Representative, Loan Servicing

Axos Bank Loan Servicing Customer Service Associate Axos Bank Target Range: $17.00/hr. - $19.00/hr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. This is a commission eligible role. Responsibilities Receive inbound customer calls and chats. Research and resolve customer issues. Manage and resolve customer cases related to loan issues. Meet critical regulatory and company deadlines. Education & Experience HS Diploma with 1-2 years related experience.
