Staffing Account Manager

Pay: $22.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Staffing Account Manager to help manage a high-volume staffing account. This position requires previous staffing or recruiting experience and someone who is comfortable managing the day-to-day recruiting and employee process.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen candidates for open positions
• Manage a high-volume staffing account and ongoing hiring needs
• Communicate with candidates regarding job details, schedules, and start dates
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure employees are ready to start
• Maintain regular communication with the client regarding staffing needs
• Track open positions, candidates, employees, and upcoming starts
• Follow up with employees to help with attendance and retention
• Respond quickly when additional employees or replacements are needed
• Work closely with the branch team to ensure orders are filled

Requirements

• Previous staffing or recruiting experience required
• Experience managing client accounts or high-volume staffing needs preferred
• Comfortable recruiting for warehouse, light industrial, or similar positions
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple openings and candidates at once
• Able to work independently and take ownership of the staffing process

We are looking for someone who already understands the staffing industry and can quickly step in and help manage an active account.
