Provide onsite functional support for Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash processes, with expertise in Accounts Receivable, Customer Management, and Subledger Accounting.




Lead production issue resolution, business user support, enhancements, and client stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle Fusion AR, TCA Customer Management, AutoInvoice, receipts processing, and Subledger Accounting.

• Resolve production issues, perform AR accounting reconciliations, and support O2C process improvements.

• Coordinate with business users and client stakeholders to manage enhancements and ensure smooth financial operations.
