Job Title: Manager, Program FinanceJob Code: 37607Job Location: Wilmington, MAJob Schedule: 9/80Job Description: The Space Superiority Division is seeking a Manager, Program Finance to support two portfolios in the AEO Business Area. The candidate will be responsible for the oversite of employees supporting execution of program finance processes and deliverables. Works as a key business partner to Program Managers and functional teams to establish and maintain the program’s financial plan, perform analyses, and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines. Prepares budgets for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis. Conducts detailed financial analysis that provide insight into cost and schedule health on a program to ensure financial objectives are met. Interprets performance data on a weekly and monthly basis with the goal of providing early indicators of program health. Monitors program adherence to approved budget. Responsible for monthly financial forecasting and long-range planning of their respective programs, focusing on Orders, Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow.Essential Functions: Works to achieve program operational targets to impact overall division resultsCommunicates with program management and cross-functional teammates to explain and interpret informationSupports development and maintenance of program IMS and budgetLeads program financial processes: EVMS, CDRL preparation, and financial forecastingPrepares weekly/monthly program financial reportsAnalyzes program cost and billing detailsResponsible for advising program management and cross-functional teammates on adherence to Finance policies, procedures, and adoption of best practicesUltimate ownership of the team’s execution of program finance deliverables; inclusive of EVMS, CDRL’s, ERP system management, financial forecasting, and process improvement objectives.Providing financial analysis for audits and other financial activities.Trains, oversees, supports and develops PFA staff.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security ClearancePreferred Additional Skills:Ability to build collaborative relationships, earn trust, and thrive in an inclusive environmentStrong communication and presentation skillsAttention to detail and ability to recognize trends that present financial risks or opportunitiesStrong Proficiency in Earned Value Management, EVMS certification is a plus.Experience with creating financial forecastsProficiency with a financial ERP system, such as PeopleSoft, Hyperion, or SAPExpertise with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with customer deliverables (IPMDAR, CFSR)Experience in performing Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR)In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $105,500 - $196,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
