Impactful Veterans Reintegration Case Manager

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico is seeking a dedicated Case Manager under the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) in the Albuquerque area. You will provide case management services, advocacy, evaluation and crisis support to veterans served by the program. Responsibilities include documenting client interactions, maintaining records, and coordinating with partner agencies while ensuring privacy and compliance with HIPAA policies.
