Receptionist - Centerwell - North Las Vegas

The Receptionist is responsible for the front desk operations of a healthcare facility. Your role will involve greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining patient records.

As a Receptionist you will perform clinical tasks such as:

• Greeting patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Maintaining patient records, ensuring accuracy
• Updating patient accounts and collecting copays when needed
• Handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and providing general information
• Keeping the reception area clean, stocked, and organized
• Helping with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination

Required Qualifications:

• One year or more of healthcare, customer service or call center experience.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines and high call volume.
• Value-based care model experience
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Experience working in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Work Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 to 5:00

Location: Onsite at CenterWell Senior Primary Care office located at 2335 E Lake Mead Blvd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030

This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
