BAKERY MANAGER-FULL TIME-LUTHERVILLE, MD STORE LOCATION

BAKERY COUNTER ASSOCIATES-FULL & PART TIME-LUTHERVILLE AND TOWSON STORES

• Must have reliable transportation since we are NOT on the light rail or bus route.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes working Saturdays and rotating Sundays.
• Part-time employees must be available to work both daytime and afternoon hours, during the week and weekend, throughout the year

 

BAKERY LEAD/MANAGER-FULL TIME/HEALTH BENEFITS

This position is located at our Lutherville, Md store.

We are looking to hire an experienced, hands-on Bakery Manager to supervise and manage all bakery operations.

Bakery Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 3 Years of Supervisory Experience
• 3 Years of Baker experience
• Oversee daily bakery operations.
• Train and supervise bakery staff, including bakers/pastry chefs.
• Hands-on Manager prepares, produces and bakes, breakfast pastries, doughnuts, breads, rolls, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies, and other goods.
• Experience in benchwork, scale and mix ingredients.
• Overseeing operations and staffing for the bakery department.

 

Bakery Counter Clerk is responsible for

· Ensure that the display cases inside the bakery are fully stocked with fresh bread and other baked goods.

· Create a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.

· Advise customers on baked goods selection and taking orders.

· Weigh, price and package purchased items.

· Apply ingredient tags and price tags to pre-baked foods.

· Excellent customer service skills, physically fit to lift at least 30lbs.
