Location: New York, NY (Harlem Hospital Center - NYC Health + Hospitals)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (06/15/2026 - 09/19/2026)
Shift: Days, 5x7.5s (37.5 hrs/week) Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
- Strong clinical background required
- Perioperative (OR) experience required
- Experience in education, training, or precepting preferred
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) - Required
- Master's Degree in Education (or related field) - Required
- Active New York RN License
- NYSED Primary Source Verification required
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Ability to train and mentor nursing staff
- Experience developing or delivering clinical education programs preferred
- Provide clinical education and training to nursing staff
- Develop and implement in-service education programs
- Support onboarding and orientation of new nurses
- Ensure staff competency in Med/Surg and perioperative practices
- Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical outcomes and standards of care
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
