$22.00 per hour
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying busy, and can confidently manage multiple priorities at once? Our client is seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to support a busy office where organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
This is much more than answering phones. The successful candidate will assist with customer communications, contract processing, data entry, and a variety of administrative tasks while navigating multiple software programs throughout the day. Training will be provided, but a willingness to learn and the ability to remain productive under pressure are key to success.
What You'll Do
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Assist customers and respond to inquiries
- Set up and enter contracts and related documentation
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Follow up on customer accounts as needed
- Navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Support daily office operations and administrative functions
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as assigned
