Description Commercial Senior Project Manager - Key Responsibilities: Provide overall project leadership while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all phases of commercial construction projects. Lead the bidding process, develop bid packages, and manage subcontractor procurement to ensure alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule objectives. Facilitate and manage subcontractor and project team meetings, driving collaboration, issue resolution, and successful execution of project milestones. Review invoices, pay applications, and project documentation to support accurate financial tracking and timely project funding. Oversee cost reporting, contract administration, change orders, and scope management to maintain the financial performance and profitability of each project. Serve as the primary representative of the General Contractor during subcontract negotiations, building strong trade partner relationships while securing favorable contract terms. Profile Commercial Senior Project Manager - Successful Candidate Profile: 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Experience managing a variety of commercial construction projects, including office, retail, mixed-use, industrial, institutional, or other complex commercial developments. Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, project management software, and the coordination of multiple skilled trades. Ability to review, interpret, and manage all construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and submittals. Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while maintaining project profitability. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying risks, resolving challenges, and driving projects to successful completion. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Job Offer The Commercial Senior Project Manager will be offered: Base salary: $130,000-$160,000 Bonus: $12,500-$20,000 annually (project/profit-based).
