Corporate M&A Associate Attorney Future Opportunities Compensation$150,000 – $375,000+

Ideal Background• 2–8 years of corporate transactional experience
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, securities, or general corporate matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing transaction workstreams and due diligence processes
• Ability to work directly with clients and transaction teams
• Excellent academic credentials
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Ohio bar admission preferred
