What You'll Do As a Child Care Associate, you will play an important role in supporting children’s development while creating a safe and welcoming environment for learning and exploration. Responsibilities include: Providing attentive care and active supervision to children. Maintaining a physically and emotionally safe environment where children feel supported and valued. Planning and maintaining consistent daily routines that encourage learning, growth, and positive behavior. Using supportive guidance and positive redirection techniques to promote classroom management and social development. Responding promptly and appropriately to children's individual needs as they arise. Assisting with the implementation of age-appropriate activities and programming. Building positive, trusting relationships with children, families, school personnel, and fellow staff members. Supporting a collaborative team environment focused on providing exceptional care and educational experiences.
