Now Hiring: Breakfast Attendant Location: Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District Prepare and serve hot breakfast for guests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Set up and disassemble the breakfast buffet, keeping it well-stocked during service. Maintain a clean and organized breakfast/lobby area. Provide superior guest service, fulfilling requests and anticipating needs. Clear tables and clean/sanitize work areas, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and floors. Conduct inventory of food items, stock supplies, and assist with product storage. Follow state, county, and company health and safety regulations. Report for scheduled shifts on time and in uniform. Embrace the O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture. Perform additional duties as required or requested. Skills & Abilities: Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to efficiently spot and resolve problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with various personality types, multitask, and maintain tact and diplomacy. Maintain a positive reputation within the community. Hours: Scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, holidays. Monday-Friday 5am-1pm. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Restaurant or customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Light Work: Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. Requires significant walking or standing. May occasionally lift in excess of 40 pounds. Physical Activity: Activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and repetitive motion.
