Healthcare Outreach Liaison (Local/In-Person)

Zona Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking an outgoing, dependable, and relationship-focused Healthcare Outreach Liaison to represent our practice throughout the local healthcare community.

The Healthcare Outreach Liaison will develop and maintain relationships with physician offices, hospitals, medical practices, discharge planners, case managers, attorneys, employers, senior communities, and other potential referral partners.

The initial focus of this position will be increasing awareness of Zona Physical Therapy's services and strengthening our patient referral network.

As our ownership group expands into home health care or other healthcare services, the successful candidate may be offered additional hours and responsibilities supporting those new service lines. This could include representing a separately branded, affiliated, or franchised home health organization.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building professional relationships, working independently, and helping connect patients with appropriate healthcare services.

The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, dependable, and comfortable initiating conversations with healthcare professionals. This individual should understand that successful healthcare outreach requires more than dropping off brochures.
