Chemical Mixer
The Chemical Mixer role requires experience on a Forklift, ability to compute rate, ratio and percent as well as experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work environment, adhering to safe usage and handling of chemicals, computing and adjusting mixture formulas when necessary, blending chemicals based on predetermined formulas, inspecting batches to ensure they are properly mixed, working with the lab to receive batch approval prior to the batch going to the fill room, recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product, suggesting changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department, analyzing work problems and assisting in solving problems, suggesting plans to achieve work goals, and assisting other departments when necessary. Inspects materials and keeps detailed inventory records to include chemical quantity and location. Must have relative experience.
