This position requires a highly skilled Cath Lab Tech. Come and enjoy the beauty and adventure of the surrounding area on your days off. Candidates must have experience in accurate monitoring and cardiac procedures. Skills required include ASD closures, cardiac stent placement, and diagnostic cardiac catheterizations. Familiarity with various equipment setups and fluoroscopy is necessary. Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and IABP placement/removal is preferred. Candidates should have the ability to perform EKG lead placement and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias. Maintaining equipment and inventory is essential. Candidates must be able to perform various catheterizations and interventions. Experience with charting systems is a plus. Candidates should be comfortable with both high-stress environments and teamwork. Participation in maintaining sterile technique is crucial. Availability for weekend shifts may be required. Additional skills may include knowledge in vascular closure systems and cardiac implant devices. The role involves working closely with a diverse patient population. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
