Vacuum Truck OperatorThe Vacuum Truck Operator will work with the Vacuum Truck Services team to provide exceptional service to our clients. Services provided include hydro excavating, confined space entry, spill cleanup, line flushing, power washing, water hauling, and loading and hauling of various fluids/material. In this role, you will work as a Combo Unit Driver and Industrial Services Technician, handling hydro excavating, and line flushing.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate vacuum equipment in an industrial settingFollow company policies and procedures as well as various on-site requirementsProvide exceptional service to all clients and professionally represent GFLComplete daily equipment pre-trips and driver logs required for NSC complianceMaintain detailed and accurate company documentation to accompany work performedDemonstrate a commitment to environmental complianceParticipate in safety programs such as safety meetings, near miss reporting, and job hazard assessmentsWork independently while managing time and productivity and communicate effectivelyRequirements:Valid CDL ATanker Endorsement required2 years Industrial vacuum truck and/or hydro-excavating experience preferably with a combo unit preferred, but not requiredExceptional customer service and communication skillsSafety-focused attitude with experience working in an industrial settingKnowledge to perform minor maintenance on units to maintain efficient operationPossesses cleanliness and organizational skillsMust be in good health and physical condition to perform duties assignedGFL is committed to equal opportunity for all, without regard to race, religion, national origin, citizenship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.
