Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Description Job Summary: The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is a member of a cross-disciplinary team that includes health care providers, medical assistants, nurses, behavioral health providers and other support staff. They support the mission and values of Maple City Health Care Center (MCHCC) by fostering a healthy community, focused on the mental health aspects of care. Maple City Health Care Center (MCHCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to improving our community’s health by making quality comprehensive healthcare accessible to all.
