What Youll Do:
Be the go-to contact for customers, providing clear, friendly communication.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Keep track of job schedules and make real-time adjustments to meet customer needs and team availability.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and job progressno detail is too small!
Work closely with internal teams to keep everyone updated on job details.
Use tools like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 to stay organized and connected (dont worry, well train you!).
Stay ahead of scheduling conflicts, delays, and customer concernsproblem-solving is your superpower!
What Were Looking For:
A positive, can-do attitude (because we believe in the power of teamwork!).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A problem-solver who thrives on keeping things moving smoothly.
Basic computer skillsexperience with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook is a bonus (but were happy to train you!).
Experience is great, but were more interested in finding someone whos ready to jump in and grow with us!
