Registered Nurse Team Lead (RN)

Registered Nurse Team Lead - Part Time - Nights The Professional Registered Nurse is responsible for time management, critical thinking, delegation and prioritization. Direct patient care may include assessment, monitoring, and recording and reporting patient’s condition. The RN collaborates with the care team, participates in interdisciplinary care and advocates for patients. Roles and Responsibilities Professional RN demonstrates time management, critical thinking, delegation and prioritization. Assessment, monitoring, recording and reporting changes in patient’s conditions. Advocates for patients, practices ethically and professionally within scope of practice. Maintains clinical competency specific to care areas including organization‑required education within stated timeframe. Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team. Documents appropriately and thoroughly in EMR. Promotes evidence‑based practice and best practices related to patient care. Participates in unit councils and staff meetings. Required Skills and Experience Graduate of a Registered Nursing Program. Current NYS RN licensure. Preferred Skills and Experience Prior patient and customer service experience. As required in care area may include CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS or specialty certification. Physical Requirements May require lifting (up to 50 lbs), may require sitting or standing for long periods. Must be able to physically operate the equipment required for the job. Location and Travel Requirements Onsite – 220 Stueben Street, Montour Falls, NY 14865. Shift – Nights – 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
