Salary: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience & licensing) Job Type: Full-time, Seasonal / Permanent Location: Chattanooga, TN (Must have a valid driver’s license)

Top-Tier Pay: Earn $19 to $24/hour depending on your current credentials.
Licensing Bonus: Already have your TN Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (C07 / CO3) in TN or GA? Start at the top of our pay scale plus a $500 sign-on bonus.
Paid Training: We will pay for your study materials and test fees to get you certified.

What You Will Do:
Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial lawns.
Drive a company service vehicle safely across the greater Chattanooga area.
Educate customers on lawn health, watering tips, and services.
NO mowing or landscaping
Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or route-based services is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person!

Licensed individuals with a CO3 or CO7 TN or GA Pesticide license - sign in bones- $500 ( half at start and half at 60 days)
- All Lawn Doctor locations are independently owned and operated. All positions identified here are positions offered by individual Lawn Doctor franchisees.
