Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Orlando area. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers, conducting in-person sales visits, and presenting JM Test Systems’ calibration, repair, and related services to industrial and commercial clients. The representative will manage a sales territory, build and maintain long-term relationships, provide ongoing support to existing accounts, and follow up on leads to drive new business. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to develop quotes and proposals, and tracking sales activities in CRM tools. The role also requires regular travel within the assigned region, attending industry events as needed, and meeting established sales targets while promoting JM Test Systems’ commitment to quality and service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development to effectively communicate service offerings and grow the customer base. Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to maintain trust, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster repeat business. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Relevant experience in outside or field sales, preferably in industrial services, calibration, metrology, or technical products. Proven ability to manage a sales territory, work independently, and meet or exceed sales goals. Comfort with using CRM software, email, and standard business productivity tools to track activities and manage accounts. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the Greater Orlando area and surrounding region.
