Production Operator — Urgently hiring in Lisbon! Job Title: Production Operator Pay: $20.00 per hour Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with long-term potential? Join a well-established printing manufacturer in Lisbon, ME as a Production Operator! If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you. As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by:
- Operating and monitoring large industrial printing presses
- Removing finished printed materials from conveyor systems
- Stacking and palletizing products for shipment
- Assisting with paper adjustments and basic machine setup
- Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Manufacturing or production experience required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift, bend, reach, and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Comfort working in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Steel toe boots required
