Located at Napleton's Lexus of Milwaukee, the Automotive Detail Manager is responsible for overseeing the Detail staff and assisting wherever needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and train the Detail team to ensure we are providing the best customer service and detailing jobs as possible.
• Schedule employees to cover necessary shifts.
• Schedule detailing appointments, and ensure cars are getting detailed in a timely manner.
• Wash the exterior and interior of a vehicle according to the customer's wishes.
• Shampoo & vacuum interior (seats, rugs, trunk, roof)
• Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum to remove dirt and debris, clean upholstery, and surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces and apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains.
• Apply dyes, paints, and waxes to protect the leather or fabric of vehicles.
• Cleaning and removing any grease on engines or engine compartments.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing is required.
• At least 3 years of previous management experience is preferred.
• Physical duties include standing for extended hours, bending, lifting to 50 pounds, etc.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
