Food Service Worker (FSW) - Dietary

Job Description

Under general supervision performs various jobs for patient food preparation. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: None Preferred Education: High School Graduate or equivalent Minimum Experience: NA Preferred Experience: 1 year in patient-feeding food service establishment Required Certifications/Licensure: ANSI Accredited Texas Food Handler or ANSI Accredited Food Manager course or Certified Food Manager from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District Preferred Certifications/Licensure: NA Required Courses/Completions (e.g., CPR): NA
