Action is seeking a part-time  Front Desk Associate  to join our Beverly West  team in Westwood, Los Angeles. 

We’re seeking polished hospitality professionals who bring warmth, discretion, professionalism, and five-star service to every interaction. As a Luxury Residential Concierge, you’ll be the first and last impression for residents and guests, helping create a welcoming and memorable experience. 

Compensation:  $23

Schedule:   Monday and Tuesdays 7:00am - 3:30pm, Fridays 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Sundays 7:00 am - 3:30pm. 

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction.

Maintain the appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and main elevators.

Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.

Provide concierge services.

Complete Daily Activity Report

Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels.

Address resident and guest concerns and questions.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents.

Who You Are (Skills/Experience)

Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Highschool Diploma/GED or equivalent

Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is preferred.

Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor

Upbeat and positive team player attitude

Strong judgment and solutions-oriented

Proactive customer service approach
