Supervisor - Airport Lounge

Location: AD Lounge CLT, Charlotte, NC, US Job Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Shift Timing: 4:00 AM-12:00 PM Wednesday-Sunday; Mondays and Tuesdays Off Supervisor – Airport Lounge Supervisor Job Description The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of 10‑15 employees on each shift, ensuring top‑level customer service, safety, and operational excellence within the airport lounge. They coordinate with Lounge Managers, handle inventory orders, resolve service issues, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Interact with airline and airport passengers in a premier clubroom/bar setting Coordinate assigned team members per corporate policies and applicable laws Reorder liquor and food inventory as directed by the Lounge Manager Resolve service issues requested by guests in the lounge Communicate with passengers and provide courteous customer service Monitor the number of alcoholic beverages served and report potential concerns to management Verify and perform daily inventory counts Maintain knowledge of regulatory agency requirements Hold current, state‑approved Responsible Alcohol Management certification and/or Food Handlers/Managers Permit, if required Possess basic working knowledge of alcoholic beverages and budget principles Maintain a clean work environment, including cleaning dishes and disposing of trash Manage basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks Complete and submit paperwork for new hires and daily liquor inventories Coordinate timesheets with the payroll department Restock snack, coffee, cups, glasses, ice, etc. in all service areas Perform administrative tasks as required Supervisor Job Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Preferred: two years of customer service or hospitality experience, or equivalent education/experience combination. Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Excel) required. Minimum age 18 or 21 as per state law. Ability to handle multiple tasks, strong interpersonal communication, and proficiency in office/document administration. Must work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off. English language proficiency required.
