Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions while meeting departmental objectives.

Job Summary

• Conduct evaluations to ensure quality standards and identify assessment areas requiring attention.
• Utilize appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions using established treatment protocols and techniques.
• Develop individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring all plans are communicated to relevant parties.
• Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
• Supervise assigned assistants and support them in their duties.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required; foreign equivalent accepted if obtained after January 2016.
• Minimum of two years' experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required.

Essential Functions

• Create, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs and evaluations.
• Maintain clear communication with all parties involved in patient care to optimize outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality care adhering to evidence-based practices.
