We are seeking a talented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the following:

• Apply daily receipts in A/R at a higher degree of difficulty.
• Prepare deductions for branch and collector review.
• Prepare daily receipts detail from bank website and SharePoint.
• Retrieve and process remittance details from customer portals.
• Email and mail limited invoices to customers.
• Process credit card transactions.
• Process requests sent to Customer.Setup.
• Assist in the training of fellow employees.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Must haves:

• Proficient PC skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School degree required.
• Excel.
