.NET Developer

Job Title: .NET Developer with Azure / Angular / Azure DevOps)

Location: Hartford, CT - Remote

Employment Type: Long term Contract only on w2 for USC

About the Role

• We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with strong experience in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, and Angular to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across full-stack development, cloud deployment, and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
• Build and enhance frontend applications using Angular (v8+)
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure cloud
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend Development

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
• Knowledge of Entity Framework / ORM tools

Frontend Development

• Hands-on experience with Angular (2+ / latest versions)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, SQL)
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, build & release management)
• Familiarity with Docker (optional but preferred)

Database - Strong experience with SQL Server, Experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
