Accounting Executive (Collection)

Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Collection Accountant What will you do? Assist in monitoring and managing the accounts receivable aging report to identify overdue accounts. Communicate with clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices. Document all communications and maintain accurate records of collection activities. Assist in receiving customer checks Review and organize all AR contracts to validate and coordinate with AR/Finance Team. Assist in handling billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with company policies, collection process and applicable legal regulations Communicate with clients for collection of WHT certificates. Assist in process improvement initiatives related to receivables management Support month-end and year-end closing processes by reconciling receivables Skills Description What will you need? Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Numerical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
