Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We’re hiring a driven construction project manager to lead our team into a well-oiled machine! You’ll work with clients and engineers to make a plan for the entire project and then manage general contractors to make sure it’s done right. Our top applicant has a passion for building and a history of finishing construction on time and within budget. $60,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Inform key stakeholders of the status of the project by producing regular progress reports
Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues
Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials
Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met
Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality

Qualifications:

Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, blueprints, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued
