Multiple Positions Available:

1. Define and own the worldwide product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Business Prime retention and churn reduction; establish KPIs and goals centered on improving

member retention across global markets.

1. Own risk messaging and targeted retention intervention strategy across multiple onsite and outbound channels globally; synthesize customer research and voice of customer insights to

define go-to-market approach and validate product decisions through experimentation.

1. Own cancellation and membership life cycle journeys; design and test in-product messaging and experiences that reduce involuntary and voluntary member loss across global markets.

2. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sates teams to author requirement documents, prioritize initiatives, align stakeholders on

tradeoffs, and drive launch readiness for retention initiatives across global markets.

1. Partner with Sates to develop and execute churn prevention strategies for high-value and enterprise customers globally; own Sales enablement strategy including playbooks and

success metrics for Sales-led retention programs.

1. Own retention and churn metrics across the member lifecycle; conduct deep dives using SQL and apply data-driven decision making to identify churn reduction opportunities and

present findings to senior leadership.

1. Lead adoption of existing Amazon Prime technology infrastructure to scale Business Prime retention capabilities, reduce duplicative engineering efforts, and streamline churn risk

operations worldwide.

1. Partner with Science and data teams to define product requirements for generating predictive churn risk signals to enable proactive intervention and churn prevention.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $135616 - $160000)

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; and 3 years of experience in product management, program management, or a related occupation.

The experience must include:

1. Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team;

2. Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data;

3. Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users;

4. Leading and supporting validation and verification of product features; and

5. Utilizing MS SQL and Tableau to build dashboards.
