Job Details Location: Cedar Rapids, IA 52404 Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Travel Percentage: No Travel required Job Shift: 1st Shift Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services Responsibilities Provide mental health services and partner with case professionals to provide clinical direction, ensuring best outcomes for each client from admission to discharge. Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and individual, family and/or group therapy. Utilize assessments to determine therapeutic or behavioral health needs and make appropriate referrals to improve client outcomes. Obtain additional training to advance practice. Attend case consultation group with colleagues for professional growth. Receive regular supervision, agency supports, and developed policies and procedures.
