- Greet customers professionally at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Provide clear information regarding program eligibility
- Review and verify application information and documentation
- Enter data and process online or on-demand applications
- Assist with general administrative duties and provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records
- Required 3+ years of consistent office or administrative experience
- Required Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance history
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent computer and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
