Cardiology APP (NP/PA) – Outpatient Only

Coachella Valley, CA | Full-Time | Immediate Opening

A growing, physician-led medical group in the Coachella Valley is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with cardiology experience. This opportunity is open due to provider relocation and the group is ready to hire immediately.

Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient cardiology

• No inpatient responsibilities

• Independent practice under cardiologist leadership

• Interdisciplinary team (Cardiologist, PharmD, RN, support staff)

• Up to 15 patients per day

• Telephonic call only: 1 week every 8 weeks

• Serving Medicare Advantage and commercial HMO patients

Patient population includes CHF, CAD, valvular disease, arrhythmias, and other chronic cardiac conditions requiring long-term management to prevent avoidable hospitalizations.

Locations

Clinic-based role across multiple Coachella Valley sites:
Yucca Valley | Palm Springs | Palm Desert | Indio

Requirements

• Active California NP or PA license
