Pharmacist

Description

Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance prior to dispensing.

Verify completed prescriptions in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions regarding proper use, dosage, and potential side effects.

Support workflow management to ensure timely and accurate prescription processing.

Serve as a clinical resource for pharmacy technicians and support staff.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.

Active Pharmacist license in the State of Ohio (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication therapy management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fairfield, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $128960.00 - $140000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
