Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with a team committed to providing exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring patients with telemetry, managing patient care, and participating in the overall healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; CMSRN encouraged.
• Experience in medical telemetry preferred.
• Leadership or Charge Nurse experience is a plus.
