Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Location: Shrewsbury, PA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, Monday to Friday, with up to 40 hours expected.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves treating a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient therapy but we also welcome new graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Deliver high-quality therapy interventions, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain productivity expectations of seeing 12-14 patients per day and achieving 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Adhere to protocol regarding overtime hours as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
